These classes are suitable for those who wish to learn Tai Chi to improve health at a leisurely pace. Students will learn basic Tai Chi exercises and the first part of the Tai Chi 37 Forms with an emphasis on correct posture, breathing, balance and relaxation. This course is suitefd to those who cannot commit to regular classes and prefer a daytime session. It is particularly helpful for those who feel challenged by physical activity and want to find a less demanding form of exercise. It is also good for those recovering from illness or injury and can be a good foundation for future practice.
Eligibility: No previous experience or special requirements are required for this course. Suitable for any age group.
Duration :Each class lasts 1 hour, once a week

Tuition Fees :
£10 per class payable in cash only at the beginning of each class attended.
Booking a class :
These classes are drop-in and pay-as-you-go. Therefore, booking is not required. However, you will need to REGISTER on our membership system called Coacha. You will need to complete our Sign Up form and choose a password. There is a registration fee £10 which will be deducted from your first class. Alternatively, you can complete a paper Sign Up form at class instead. Just ask in class.
