Covid-19 : Latest Government Guidance
There are no COVID-19 restrictions in the UK.
If you have COVID-19 you should try to stay at home.
Most people cannot get free COVID-19 tests. You can buy tests in shops but you cannot report the result to the NHS.
You can get vaccinated against COVID-19 by the NHS.
You do not need to take a test or quarantine when you arrive in the UK. You should check travel advice for any country you are travelling to.

- No limits are required on capacity although most Tai Chi classes are restricted to maximum student numbers.
- Social distancing is no longer required and contact training, such as Push Hands, is permitted.
- Students are not required to wear face coverings except for the following circumstances: (1) if you have a cough or cold as a respect for other students, or (2) during Push Hands or other practice in pairs.
- Anyone with a positive test or showing signs of Covid symptoms should not attend classes but should follow government advice and self-isolate if possible. You may return to classes after a negative test result.
- Hand sanitizing gel will continue to be available at the entrance to the centre and facilities will continue to be regularly disinfected.
