By Car:
From central Brighton, take the A270 Old Shoreham Road to Portslade. Turn right onto the A293 and go straight at the Sainsbury’s roundabout. Take the first left at the next roundabout onto Hangleton Way which leads onto Fox Way. Continue on Fox Way which leads onto Chalky Road. Continue downhill past the Community Sports Centre and College on the left-hand side. The Brighton Wellness Centre is on the right, opposite the junction with Valley Road and between the Mile Oak Medical Centre and Mile Oak Community Centre.

From outside Brighton, take the A27 Shoreham-by-Pass and exit onto the A293 towards Shoreham A270. Continue for about 300 metres and take the 3rd exit, tunring right towards Mile Oak, onto Hangleton Lane which leads onto Fox Way. Continue on Fox Way which leads onto Chalky Road. Continue downhill past the Community Sports Centre and College on the left-hand side. The Brighton Wellness Centre is on the right, opposite the junction with Valley Road and between the Mile Oak Medical Centre and Mile Oak Community Centre.

Buses:
Numbers 1 and 1A stop directly outside the Centre if Brighton bound. If coming from Brighton, buses stop a short distance up the road.

Parking
There is limited parking on the forecourt, but extra parking areas can be found nearby. Road parking is non-metered along Chalky Road and Valley Road.
